A useful tapered stick for stirring anything thick. Perfect for cutting through bread dough: the thin side moves through the dough easily, turned the other way it's still thin enough to pass through the dough bu even better as a paddle for manipulating the dough. Also great for thick porridges (sometimes called a spurtle) any many other dishes.
