We developed this skewer turner for Ebleskivers and Poffertjes. Ebleskivers are a Norwegian pastry that was originally filled with apples but nowadays is filled with a puff or cream filling. They are also really handy for Dutch Poffertjes, a small pancake like pastry. 

The skewers are 12" in overall length and feature unique finger grips, strategically placed for comfort. One end has a long skinny skewer and the other a curved skinny point useful for spinning poffertjes.

Like all our utensils they are made from fallen urban hardwood lumber and sealed with our SpoonButta olive oil and beeswax blend. For care, handwash only and reapply a fine good grade oil, or for premium care us our SpoonButta finish (sold separately).
