Our Sweet Maple grilling plank infuses your pork, bacon, meat wrapped in bacon, fruits like pineapple, vegetables, and even soft cheeses subtly, and richly, sweet smoke flavor. Our Grade B Planks are 5x11"x 3/8" thick. Grade B planks may show imperfections, warpage, roughness, or splits/knots/cracks and yet still impart the same great taste! To use soak in water for 15-20 minutes.
