E-Commerce Sales Associate APPLY NOW

We are seeking a E-Commerce Associate to operate and maintain our digital sales outlets. A successful Associate will be highly skilled in digital and computer sales and customer service.

Job duties will include

Checking our website (Shopify site) and sales platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Faire, and Bonanza as well as any additional platforms we add in the future) for new orders daily, notifying shipping and production of orders, and letting customers know of expected ship dates.

Assisting shipping department as needed with printing and organizing shipping labels and packing slips for orders.

Working with customers and internal staff to resolve any orders which surpass expected ship by date with the ultimate goal of satisfying the customer and keeping revenue intact.

Taking photos of products for social media/digital sales posts.

Developing sales schedules to increase revenue.

Responding to online customer service requests and resolving customer issues satisfactorily.

Meeting weekly and monthly sales requirements.

Hours: 12PM-5:30PM Monday-Friday (25 hours/week).

Compensation: Base rate $12-15/hour + sales commission structure for exceeding sales goals
